Two years prior to writing Being and Time, Heidegger lays out the field of phenomenology: It's major figures, discoveries, defense, and critique.Before he was pressured to write his Being and Time prematurely, Heidegger was thinking through his imminent critique of phenomenology in a lecture series called History of the Concept of Time.
